EULA - End User License Agreement

All copyrights to eBook Maestro STANDARD are exclusively owned by eBookMaestro.com.

Anyone may use this software on any number of computers for as long as they like with the following limitation: software products created with eBook Maestro STANDARD can be only launched and used on the same computer where they have been compiled. If you wish to share, distribute or sell products compiled with eBook Maestro STANDARD, you MUST register it.

Once the program is registered, the user is granted non-exclusive licenses to use eBook Maestro STANDARD on one computer (i.e. a single cpu) per a license, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered user can use eBook Maestro STANDARD to produce as many products that can be shared, distributed and sold as he/she likes. The registered eBook Maestro STANDARD software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the program or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
